| Christmas came early for Gabe. We got out on December twenty fourth for some fly fishing on the Eagle. Air temperature never got above freezing. We managed three in the net, a couple dropped fish, and a few missed strikes. Not a bad day considering the icy challenges. |

| I chose to go through the ice myself, but thin ice made me pull the plug early. On a side note I changed the name on my blog. I will be giving more river/guiding reports. I hope everyone has a fishy holiday season. |
